All team members who are involved in detail planning of a projects, or multiple projects (either on program level or portfolio level)

• Objectives

Plan activities with a very good estimate on duration due to techniques on estimates, define resources, each with their own skills and capacity, and find the right match between resources and activities

Make planning simulation as “What if..” and look at the results and pick the most suitable to execute the project
