Coaching means the following to us:

All subjects can be chosen freely and broadly: from Project management, ms Project to the complete ms Office suite, at a basic and advanced level.
If it is necessary to handle a specific problem more in detail we would appreciate an explanation of the problem before the coaching takes place to prepare ourselves thoroughly.

Problems with your software ? We give you the solution for ms Office, ms Windows, ms Project and other desktop software.
It could even be 'simple' problems that you could never ask at a colleague or during a classical training:

- Oops i've forgotten the mail merge functionality, and it seems that it's totally different in this version ? ...
- Styles, yes i know they're used in ms Word! But how do I use them exactly ?
- Pivot tables ? that's the only thing I need right now, but i haven't got the time to go on an all day training!
- My tasks are all jumping around in ms Project when I fill in the actual hours, this is not good !

We can explain these things to you in a minimum of time and effort at YOUR desk with YOUR coach.

YOUR coach is training people during a specified amount of time at their working places during office hours.

YOUR coach is on a modular 1/2 day basis, which leaves time to letyou do on hands practice between sessions.

YOUR coach doesn't keep you on hold during the whole day.

There is always a possibility to handle more difficult problems. During coaching you can decide to let us dig into such a software problem.
This could be a totally ruined ms Project file you receive via mail, or the construction of a ms Word template ... you decide.
